I wanted my whole head a blonde and cut into a pixie cut,and it turned out great. She is also very sweet and even called before my appointment to prepare for the color I wanted. Sitting in Ms. Erica’s styling chair was great. Her customer service was wonderful. Her hair washes are relaxing. She worked hard to make sure I was happy with my hair when I walked out the door. Although we had a few bumps trying to get my color to stick to my hair I can honestly say I walked out a happy customer on my first experience and I will be back.
